  If you want to have a successful business, try offering customer service. You will clean up as it appears that customer service does not exist in this industry. I rang for a quote to replace the hot water. I left a detailed message. Someone rang back almost immediately. well done. he then told me that i would need to ring them back on monday and repeat all the details. why dont you ring me back and record the details. better yet, take the details off my message that i told you i left and ring me back with a time that fits the criteria i left you. it is not hard.
