Great service. The workshop staff is very helpful and friendly. They fix your bike and let you know what they did and they also follow up after service. Which is great.

I called up to find out how long it would take to replace a frayed front derailleur cable. During the phone call, I mentioned in passing that I may have misconfigured the upper and lower limits to see how much it'd cost to get that fixed. Luke was generously helpful and even gave advice for how to fix it myself. Luke's generosity alone gains a 5-star rating from me.
