  Too small. A JayCar needs to be bigger. Trying to get down an aisle when someone else is there is not easy. I'm sure stock is reduced in range and volume because of the size. Handy location and the staff I have dealt with have been 5 stars.

  The younger guys in here are more eager to be helpful, seek them out. The other staff look world weary, like they can't believe they are still working at Jaycar after all these years.

  The only thing that is consistent about this store is that the staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. I have even observed staff being rude to each other!

  Came in looking for a grounded RCA because my phono player's ground was deeply connected to the rest of the RCA cables. In a borderline rage he told me to go and get one from somewhere else. This kind of thing happens every time I go in there. Can't deal 0/10

  I had purchased from a female staff member a 50 amp analog meter OR so I thought and i was assured after questioning that it definitely was . Later finding out that it was 50 microamperes which was no good. When I returned it to change for the correct one I was again told that it was 50 amps. Then I spoke to male staff member who confirmed it was wrong . I did not bring the receipt so she would NOT exchange it for the right one.

  " WARNING " to anyone who might shop there . MAKE SURE YOU DEAL WITH STAFF WHO KNOW THEIR STUFF AND KEEP THE RECEIPT.
