  Taxi driver does not watch documentaries but I can handle that. Taxi driver did not mind that I might be a minute or two in the service station but he really had no time for my conversation. He was so visibly disinterested in light banter that as I said goodbye and closed the taxi door, the driver pulls out without looking, directly in to the path of another vehicle. Other vehicle slams on brakes and then skids. If there were oncoming traffic it would have ended very badly. I'd give zero stars but that's not an option (ripped off, guys). I have never bothered to get the Uber app but now I have.

  20.12.17 mater hospital 15.10 . Driver 175 your reckless driving and following abuse is the excact reason uber is so successfull .

  Really disappointed with the experience I had. Some erratic driving (swerving out of lane, cutting corners in front of oncoming cars, almost hitting a parked car on the right hand side of the street). It seemed to get worse as the drive went on. If those things had happened at the very start of my trip I would have asked to get out.

  I lodged a written complaint as soon as I got home. That was responded to the next day but when I then provided further information I heard nothing back as to how the matter was dealt with.

  I just want to say big thank you to yellow cabs for a fast response and return of my Son iPhone 7, the driver hand delivered it at 6am this morning. Just Awesome

  Cab 389 driven by Sunny was fantastic, the driver was friendly, talkative and overall a delight to be around and arrived on time. I couldn't have asked for more.

  I don't want to bad mouth a company that may have a lot of good drivers working for it but the overall experience I had was not good. At least with Uber you can see driver ratings. Something could probably be learned from that system.
